The more questions you answer correctly in the given timeframe the better you are. Try beating your best score each time you select this mode or try challenging other users in game centre. Third mode is Regular mode that will just present you un-weighted questions randomly there is no time limit, answer them at your own pace. This version has complete set of questions.
